Today's useful change closes a territory gap: PlayStation's Brazilian blog published the God of War Laufey announcement in Portuguese. That confirms official Brazilian editorial distribution, but it does not prove pricing, physical stock or a completed PlayStation Store transaction.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt — Remastered reached its announced Xbox Series X|S date. Because the evidence reviewed is the August 25 announcement, the record remains announced until a current store page or another official source confirms live availability. A commercial date is not an event in Geralt's fictional timeline.
The same Xbox article keeps Remastered separate from Songs of the Past, an expansion planned for 2027. One modernizes the existing game; the other announces a new adventure. Treating both as one release would erase the difference between version, expansion and fictional chronology.
The announcement now has a Brazilian source
God of War Laufey receives an official Brazilian announcement
PlayStation's Brazilian blog published the Portuguese announcement for September 29 pre-orders and retained the February 16, 2027 PS5 release date. Brazilian transaction availability and pricing remain unverified.
The localized publication confirms official Brazilian editorial distribution, not a completed store transaction. Edition and gameplay details are promotional facts, not a NERDEXA review.
Territory, continuity & evidence
Brazil — official Brazilian Portuguese editorial page. The local PlayStation Store transaction, pricing and physical inventory were not verified.
God of War Laufey — set after Faye's death while Kratos and Atreus begin the journey in God of War (2018). Commercial timing remains separate from fictional chronology.
Source date: September 28, 2026. Research recorded: September 29, 2026.
The Brazilian page retains September 29 for the announced pre-order opening and February 16, 2027 for the PS5 launch. It details bonuses, the Digital Deluxe Edition and Faye's bow, but displays no price and does not confirm operation of the Brazilian PlayStation Store. NERDEXA records the evidence without turning localized editorial copy into proof of a live purchase.
The date is here; availability still needs evidence

September 29 is the announced commercial date. NERDEXA has not tested the upgrade or confirmed that the store listing is live.

United States — English-language Xbox Wire article and U.S. dollar offer. Brazilian availability, pricing and terms were not checked.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Remastered. Songs of the Past is a separate expansion announced for 2027, not a verified event in the already published game.
Source date: August 25, 2026. Research recorded: September 29, 2026.
Xbox announced Remastered as a free upgrade for The Witcher 3 owners on Xbox Series X|S, with Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine included. Songs of the Past remains a separate 2027 expansion. Without current store confirmation, September 29 stays an announced date rather than verified publication.

Coverage notes
- Twelve official pages were checked: indexes from DC, Marvel, Star Wars, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Netflix, Rockstar and Crunchyroll, plus the selected full Brazilian PlayStation Blog and Xbox Wire pages.
- Marvel Articles returned HTTP 403. Rockstar and Crunchyroll exposed no readable body. No block was bypassed and no fact was reconstructed from snippets.
- The Witcher article was published August 25 and is CURRENT only because September 29 is its announced commercial date. NERDEXA does not present it as a new article or claim the upgrade is already live.
- No new image was added because official publication, credit and download controls do not establish republication rights. No scores, audience reaction, sales, viewership or growth metrics were collected.
